Korkaew declines to apologise to Constitutional Court

Korkaew Pikulthong, a Pheu Thai MP and red-shirt leader, refused Tuesday to apologise to the Constitutional Court, saying it was unclear which law the Criminal Court used to judge him as remorseless.

Korkaew, who had won temporary release for his immunity while the House was in session, said he would consult with his attorney Jessada Chandee about submitting a bail request again after the Criminal Court sent him back to jail on Monday as the House had adjourned for recess.
The court had found no grounds for granting bail.
