Traffic police offer tips as schools open

- Study the routes and traffic lanes before leaving home, especially if your child is attending a new school. Study whether there are shortcuts. Leave home 20 to 30 minutes earlier than usual.
- Students should be ready to alight from the vehicle, holding their belongings in the car – don’t put school bags, etc in the trunk, otherwise, time will be wasted retrieving the items.
- Drop off and pick up students only at the designated points.
- Make clear appointments with students on what time and where exactly to pick them up.
- Strictly follow the laws and advice of the Traffic Police.
