NACC secretary-general Narong Ratamarit said that consideration of the case about alleged irregularities in the procurement of computers was postponed because the NACC lacked a quorum.
Narong said commissioner Prasart Pongsiwapai fell ill and was admitted to Phayathai 2 Hospital on Sunday night, so the agency lacked a quorum.
Sudarat was accused of being involved in alleged irregularities in the procurement of computers worth Bt821 million by the Public Health Ministry. She denied the charges.
Narong said the NACC tried to speed up consideration of the case but the NACC would not allow political interference to affect the outcome.
