Some 100 people block PM from entering Defence Ministry Thursday

A group of some 100 people including senior military officers blocked Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra from entering Defence Ministry Thursday morning.

Yingluck is scheduled to attend a ceremony inside the minister for the first time as defence minister.

Wassana Nanuam, a Bankok Post reporter, wrote in her Facebook that the group decided to block the entrance because they wanted to protect the dignity of the military. She also posted some photos showing the group at the front of the ministry and barricades of security personnels there.
