10,153 new condo units launched in Pattaya

Approximately 10,153 units from 20 condominium projects were launched in Pattaya during the first half of 2013, according to a research by Knight Frank.
The research showed that the Jomtien area gained in popularity, in terms of condominium development in the Pattaya market, with approximately 4,247 units launched during the first half, or around 42 per cent of new units.
The take-up rate has grown up gradually from 50.3 per cent at the end of 2012 to 51.7 per cent at the end of the first half.
