Banharn meets Chuan today

Chart Thai Pattana Party's de facto leader Banharn Silapa-archa and former Democrat Party leader Chuan Leekpai had a discussion on Thursday morning.
At Democrat’s headquarters, both attended a closed-door meeting. No reporters were allowed. Observing the discussion were several Democrat MPs like Chaiwuti Bannawat, Chinnaworn Boonyakiat, Issara Somchai and Buranaj Smutharaks.
Banharn, vowing to help the government’s political reform attempt, on Monday was at the headquarters, to meet the incumbent party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva. Abhisit turned down Banharn’s invitation to join the reform council.
