U.S. shares closed down over with Dow Jones Industrial Average falling 185 points, but still posted a gain for the third-straight week. 
	S&amp;P 500 and the Nasdaq also closed sharply lower. 
	All key S&amp;P sectors ended higher for the week, led by industrials and utilities.
