Worachai accuses Constitutional judges

Pheu Thai MP Worachai Hema filed a complaint with the police, accusing the eight judges of the Constitutional Court of violating Article 157 of the criminal law.

The eight judges recently accepted two complaints filed by a group of MPs and Senator, led by Somjate Boonthanom, who claimed that MPs and senators voted for the charter amendment violated the Constitution.

Worachai’s lawyer Karom Poltaklang said the judges accepted the case though knowing that the complaints aim to accuse some MPs, including Worachai, of trashing the democratic regime.
