Thai composite stocks index (SET) closed on Friday at 1,417.49, down 7.27 points, or 0.51 per cent amid Bt31.40 billion turnover in line with most regional shares. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 967.51, down 5.62 points, or 0.58 per cent.
