Suriyasai calls opponent groups to be on alert for mass rally

Suriyasai Katasila of the Green Politics Group Wednesday told anti-government civic groups to be ready for joining a mass protest once the amnesty bill clears the third reading in the House.
Suriyasai his group had coordinated with other groups in all provinces to be on alert at the highest level and get ready for joining a mass rally in Bangkok.
He said the groups that are in provinces, which may be blocked by the authorities, should come to Bangkok and join the rally at the Lumpini Park or the Urupong Intersection since Thursday night.
He said the central coordination committee of the groups will hold a meeting on Friday to assess the situation.
