Somkiart Homlaor, the leader of the Business Club for Democracy, said his group will suspend rallies now that the Senate speaker has promised to reject the amnesty bill.
Somkiart said his group initially planned to organise whistle-blowing rally every Monday and Wednesday but his group decided to suspend the protests to wait to see the outcome of the bill’s deliberation by the Senate first.
