Deputy Prime Minister Phongthep Thepkanjana Wednesday insisted that Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra needs not to resign following the Constitutional Court's ruling.
He said that the prime minister is bound by law to send the bill approved by the House for royal endorsement within 20 days after the approval date. Failing to do so, she violates the Constitution, he said.
That's her duty and she did not commit any wrongdoing, he said.
