Banker supports pre-election reforms

Bangkok Bank Executive Chairman Kosit Panpiemras proposed reforms before the election, saying that this would put an end to the political impasse.
He said that this should clear some hurdles. Though the election would be delayed, the result would benefit the country.
He said there is hope that the impasse would be ended, as several parties open up for negotiation.
