3 dead in Lamphun accidents

The northern province of Lamphun started the first of the "Seven Dangerous Days" year-end holiday period with the death of three commuters.
Lamphun Governor Suwan Klaosoontorn Saturday presented gift baskets to officers to show them the moral support. He said the 3 fatalities on December 27 have already exceeded the province's target to keep the fatality at 1.
He said accidents can happen, but all should watch out particularly during the holiday period.
The "Seven Dangerous Days" run from December 27 to January 2.
