The school directors, authorised to order school closures, should first explain to teachers, students and parents if a temporary closure is necessary, he said. They should also ensure that students get enough assignments to keep up with their lessons and get compensating classes later to minimise the impact on their education, Apichat said. He has also called on offices and schools to work closely together and immediately report problems to Obec.
