EC submits written proposal

The Election Commission signed Sunday the proposal to have the interim government to delay the election.
In the written proposal, expected to reach the government today, it cited six points to support the proposal.
The EC has so far insisted that the interim government can issue a new executive decree to delay the election now scheduled for February 2.
At 6pm, caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra told reporters that she has not yet received the EC's proposal.
