Bullets hit Suthin from two directions, autopsy reveals

An autopsy on the late protest leader Suthin Taratin has revealed that shots were fired at him from two directions with the fatal bullet piercing the right side of his neck and exiting through the left ear, a leading forensic examiner said Monday.

Khunying Dr Porntip Rojanasunan, Justice Ministry inspector general, was speaking after performing an autopsy on Suthin, a leader of People’s Army to Overthrow the Thaksin Regime, who was killed on Sunday while leading a rally at an advance polling station in Bang Na district.
