Somchai cannot vote as no officials man his station

Somchai Srisuthiyakorn, a member of the Election Commission, could not cast his vote at his polling station on Phetchaburi Road because there were no officials manning the station.
Somchai arrived at the polling station at 7:47 am and waited until 8:20 am before he left. The voting was supposed to begin at 8 am.
At 9 am, the election officials put up a sign that the election at the station was cancelled.
