The Big C is near anti-government Ratchprasong rally site. The centre updated the latest casualty figures at 7am.
The Erawan service initially reported the boy who died was 12 years old but it later changed the age to four.
Earlier Dr Surasak Leela-udomlipi, director of Ramadhibodi Hospital said three children who were injured in the Sunday bomb blast near an anti-government rally site were in serious condition,
The four-year-old boy suffered from from a serious head wound and internal bleeding while a girl, 12 has internal bleeding. The doctor said the third boy, 9, has a neck wounds.
They were among 24 people injured in the latest bomb explosion near the Ratchprasong anti-government rally site.
The explosion went off at 5pm near Big C department store's Ratdamri branch. at 5pm.
Erawan Rescue Centre that intially reported that 16 were injured increaed the number to 24.
