The building was being built on the road along the Suvarnabhumi irrigation canal in Samut Prakan&rsquo;s Bang Pli district when the accident occurred at about 11:30 am. 
	So far, four workers have been rescued about nine others were believed to be buried under the pile of concrete slabs.
