Complaint against Sukampol rejected

The Supreme Administrative Court yesterday upheld a lower court's decision to reject former Defence Ministry permanent secretary Satien Permthong-in's petition against former defence minister Sukampol Suwannathat for ordering an investigation against him.
The court said it rejected the case because it was a matter of military discipline, which did not come under the judiciary’s jurisdiction.
