U.S. stocks closed overnight with the S&amp;P 500 index setting a new all-time high on strong economic reports. 
	Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 74.95 points to close at 16,532.61, while the S&amp;P 500 gained 13.18 points to close at 1,885.52 
	Nasdaq composite added 69.05 points to end at 4,268.04.
