Constitutional Court rejects Chalerm's complaint against PDRC
The Constitutional Court Wednesday rejected a petition of caretaker Labour Chalerm Yoombamrung against the People's Democratic Reform Committee.
Chalerm asked the court to order the PDRC to halt its rally on ground that the demonstration was unconstitutional but the court rejected the petition.
The court deiced that the rally did not violate Article 68 as alleged by Chalerm and the protest leaders are already facing criminal legal actions.
