'If I summon them, they'll have to come': Prayuth

Army Commander-in-Chief Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha said Tuesday all parties in the conflicts must come to a talk if they summon them.
“If I summon them, they’ll have to come,” Prayuth said during a press conference held after he held a meeting with senior government officials. He replied to a question whether he would summon all parties in the conflicts to hold talks.
