Pryauth announces coup to meeting representatives after govt refuses to resign

Army Commander-in-Chief asked caretaker Justice Minister Chaikasem Nitisiri whether the government would resign or not. After Chaikasem said 'No', he declared power seizure in the meeting room, a source from the meeting said.
The source said Prayuth raised the question after the meeting erupted in dispute swith neither backing down from its stand.
Chaikasem was heading the government’s team to the meting.
Chaikasem told Prayuth that “as of this minute, the government will not resign,” according to the source.
“So, as of this minute, I decided to seize ruling power,” the source quoted Prayuth as replying.
