Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presides over the 10th anniversary of French-Thai cultural festival 'La Fete' at 8pm Wednesday.
The world famous Parisii String Quartet rises the curtain up with compositions by Boccherini, Haydn, Schumann, Debussy and Schubert at the newly opened Alliance Francise Auditorium.
The annual French-Thai cultural series, aims more at exchanges and collaboration.
“It’s beautiful how French and Thai artists meet one another by themselves [instead of us attempting on match-making] and then ask us to support their collaboration projects,” says French Embassy’s Cultural Attache Benoit Etienne.
