NBTC commissioner Supinya Klangnarong said the NBTC’s Broadcasting Committee voted 2:1 to punish the TV station. She voted against the punishment.
Natee Sukolrat, the chairman of the Broadcasting Committee, said the committee saw that the content during the talk show programme clearly violated Article 37 of the broadcasting act by violating the national security and good morality of the people.
The program has been taken out of the TV station following the controversy.
