Second Japanese seriously wounded in car accident involving Thais dies

The second Japanese woman seriously injured in a car accident involving three Thais in Japan's Chiba prefecture succumbed to injuries this morning.

The accident took place earlier this week when two Japanese riding bicycles  were hit by the car carrying Thais. One of the Japanese died at the scene.

Blood test showed that their alcohol concentration was above the legal limit. They were arrested for allegedly drunk driving and recklessness that caused deaths and injuries.
