Prayuth says he now has peace of mind

Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha said Friday night that he felt relieved after he has delivered the government's policy statement to the National Legislative Assembly.

"As Prime Minister, I have more peace of mind now, as we have proceeded according to regulations and in existing traditions - which is to announce policies for national administration to the NLA and the people of Thailand," Prayuth said during his weekly TV programme.

"This means we, the Cabinet and Thai people, will join hands in mobilizing the country for the sake of the people’s happiness and well-being, and to build confidence among foreign nations in all aspects."
