Prayut says new NLA members appointed to fill various NLA committees

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha, also chief of the National Council for Peace and Order, said Sunday that the NCPO appointed 28 more members of the National Legislative Assembly because the NLA has appointed many committees.
New members would allow NLA panels to have enough members, he said, saying the appointments of NLA members had nothing to do with NCPO leaders’ connections with well-known students of the National Defence College.
