Somlak Jadkrabuanphol, a former member of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, said the National Legislative Assembly, which is the interim legislature, cannot perform as the Senate to impeach politicians.
She noted that the 2007 constitution, which empowered the Senate to impeach politicians, has been terminated by the May 22 coup.
