NRC expected to hold first meeting on Oct 21

The National Reform Council is expected to hold its first meeting on October 21, House Secretary General Jarae Phanpruang said.

Jarae, who is acting secretary general of the NRC, said the president and two vice presidents of the council are expected to be elected during the first meeting. NRC 250 members must report to work from Wednesday to October 15, he added.
The 36-member constitution drafting committee will be appointed within 15 days after the first meeting of the NRC, Jarae said.
