A school will be established soon to train firefighters under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, deputy Bangkok governor Aswin Kwanmuang said Friday.
A plan is being studied by Thammasat University within six months, and the BMA would seek a budget from the government to build the school, which would be used as a standard institute to teach people fire and rescue skills, he said.
