Thai premier arrives in Phnom Penh for two-day official visit

Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha on Thursday arrived in Phnom Penh for a two-day official visit, with a view to discussing various aspects of cooperation and witnessing signing three agreements.
After reviewing guards of honour, Gen Prayut discussed with Hun Sen to push forward the existing cooperation projects between the two nations and set a new direction of bilateral relations for the years to come.
Moreover, the Thai premier is set to attend a ceremony for the signing of three important memorandums of understanding (MoU) on the eradication of the trafficking of children and women, development of railway connectivity and cooperation in tourism.
Gen Prayut is also slated to receive an audience with the Cambodian monarch, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, as well as meet with Thai business operators and Team Thailand in Cambodia.
