Public prosecutors yesterday postponed making a decision on whether or not to indict Dr Pisit Tantiwat-tanakul, the owner of the All IVF surrogacy clinic.

He was charged with operating a clinic without a licence after police found that his clinic offered commercial surrogacy services to a Japanese businessman.
If found guilty, he would face up to three years in jail and a Bt60,000 fine. Prosecutors said police from Lumpini Police Station needed another 30 days to find additional evidence as required by prosecutors.
