At a press conference today, Tassapon Bijleveld, chief executive officer, said that the airline won Japan's permission to operate the scheduled flights to Sapporo during May 1-June 30. He said that the permission followed Thailand's Civil Aviation Department's request to Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB).
To deal with tickets bought for travel after the relaxed period, he said the customers have four options including the full refund, postponement of the travelling date, and change the flights to Tokyo or Osaka instead.
