	Roman Chernykh, 21, and Akbar Mamasadykov, 20, were arrested in Jomtien Beach at 3pm yesterday, Pol Maj-General Nitipong Niemnoy, the Chon Buri police chief, said.</div>

	The police claimed the duo admitted to killing Fedor because he often scolded them when he got drunk. They were charged with murder.</div>
