Borwornsak tells NRC no blueprint for drafting charter

Constitution Drafting Committee chairman Borwornsak Uwanno affirmed with the National Reform Council on the first day of the debate on the first draft of the new charter that his panel had no blueprint for writing the draft.
He said the draft was written with four main goals – to give power to the people; to bring about clean and balanced politics; to create fairness in the society; and to lead the country to peace.
