PM orders Finance Ministry to set up fund to help poor elderly

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha Monday ordered the Finance Ministry to coordinate with other government to set up a fund to help the elderly people from poor families, Deputy Government Spokesman Sansern Kaewkamnerd said.
The government will also require the elderly to take care of their own health by not smoking and drinking in exchange for allowance, Sansern said.
