Prayut says 'five rivers' will make decision referendum

Prime Minister and head of NCPO Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha said the decision whether to hold a referendum or not would depend on the "five rivers" but not him.
He said he did not want to comment on the matter now otherwise people would think he want to influence the decision on the issue or to retain power. However, he said he was concerned about the cost of holding a referendum which will cost Bt3 billion.
