The Election Commission will need about Bt3 billion for holding a national referendum on the draft charter if the National Council for Peace and Order and the government agree with the growing calls for it, EC Commissioner Somchai Srisutthiyakorn said Mon
But he said the National Reform Council or the Constitution Drafting Committee should publicise the draft before the referendum is called.
