In the second category, the honours went to Prayudh Payutto, Rapee Sakrik, president of the Arsom Silp Institute of Arts, and Chalermchai.
Those recognised in the third category were Phra Dhammasinghapuracariya, or Luang Por Jarun, of Sing Buri; Dr Sunanta Polpathapee, a clinical professor at Mahidol University’s Siriraj Hospital; and Mother Myriam de Ste Anne Kitcharoen, former superior-general of the Sisters of St Paul of Chartres.
