Wassana loses SEA Games 400m hurdles crown

Veteran Wassana Winatho, who captured gold medal in the women's 400m hurdles at the previous SEA Games in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar two years ago, had to be content with the third place in Singapore when she clocked 1.01.69 minute.
Vietnamese Nguyen Thi Huyen cleared all the hurdles in a new Games record of 56.15 seconds, erasing the 20-year previous record established in 1995 by Thai Reawadee Srithao.
