Two rushed to hospital after eating puffer fish

A 84-year-old woman and her 48-year-old son were rushed to the Wapi Pathum Hospital after they ate puffer fish Tuesday. They were identified as Thong Chaoprai and Banchong Chaoprai.
Thong’s daughter, Noosoon, said her brother caught eight puffer fishes and the two grilled them for foods. They vomited and became unconscious 30 minutes after they ate the fish, she added. The two were in critical condition and were put on respiratory system.
