The subcommittee’s probe suggested that Satit may have committed the offence while serving as director general of the Revenue Department, NACC secretary general Sansern Poljieak said Thursday.
He said the panel chaired by NACC commissioner Pakdee Pothisiri had already concluded that Satit should be charged and the NACC would look into the decision soon. “In addition, NACC has set up another subcommittee to look into Satit’s alleged unusual wealth,” Sansern said.
