Mae Hong Son villagers get airlift supports

Food and medical supplies along with medical teams are airlifted to Sob Moei district in Mae Hong Son, following floods and landslides that affect the accessibility to over 4,000 households.

A disaster relief official said the area remains in crisis.
He said that the access to Sob Khong village was blocked for over 20 km. In some spots, boats are deployed. In other spots with strong currents, helicopters are deployed to airlift supplies and medical assistance.
He expected the blocked road would be open again in the next three days, if there is no more rain.
