Chart-udom appointed chairman of state spending inspection panel

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has issued an order in his capacity as the chief of the National Council for Peace and Order to appoint Lt Gen Chart-udom Titthasiri as the new chairman of the committee following up on and inspecting state spending.
Chart-udom replaced Gen Anantaporn Kanjanara who has been appointed the labour minister.
Chart-udom said he is ready to continue the works of Anantaporn.
He will meet Prayut next week to receive the prime minister's guideline on his new responsibility.
