HM the King endorsed the annual military reshuffle on Friday which sees General Preecha Chan-o-cha, younger brother of Prime Minister Prayut appointed as permanent secretary for defence. 
	New army commander in chief is General Theerachai Nakvanich and General Sommai Kaoteera becomes Supreme Commander.

	The full names list was published in the Royal Gazette this evening.
