Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift early winners at MTV video awards
Los Angeles (dpa) - Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars claimed the first prizes Sunday at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards.
Swift's music video for her song Blank Space took the VMAs for Best Female Video and Best Pop Video.
Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars won for Best Male Video with their hit Uptown Funk. The prize for Best Hip-Hop Video went to Nicki Minaj for Anaconda.
Swift led the candidates for the broadcaster's annual music video prizes with nine nominations.
