Klong Toei spooked by grenade-shaped lighter
EOD officials were dispatched to Klong Toei Sunday afternoon to defuse a bomb which turned out to be a grenade-shaped lighter.
Police was notified that a hand grenade was found in a trash bin on Suntornkosa Road. They rushed to the scene along with EOD officials and a rescue team.
People were blocked from the area and 15 minutes after the inspection, the officials confirmed that the item was just a lighter.
